Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company processes.
