Terms and Conditions

We offer our services on below given terms and conditions :

1. Our service charge would be 10.33 % of annual CTC of each selected candidates.
2. Additional GST @ 18% (as applicable) will be charge on the invoice amount.
3. Our payment has to be clear within 15 days from the date of joining of the selected candidate, if you do not make our payment within 30 days for any reason, you will be  charge extra 18% of the total amount.
4. Our services also include the replacement of the selected candidate, without any charge, in case any selected candidate resigns within a period of 1 months of his / her date of appointment.
5. For interview of outstation candidates, all expenses at actual to be borne by the organization for which prior consent shall be taken by consultants.
6. In case the Employer wishes to advertise the vacancies in Newspapers/ Magazines, Employer will bear the cost, for consultants shall take that prior consent.
7. Written order may be place in our name giving details of vacancies. The requirement should be indicate the age, experience, qualification & salary offer to the prospective. 
8. Payment must be made by cheque / DD only and must be drawn in favor of MS SERVICES payable at Gurgaon.
9. All disputes subject to the Jurisdiction of Gurgaon Court Only.
10. None of our forwarded candidate can be absorbed through any other consultants or directly by your esteemed organization if not selected your interviews with in One year of such interviews.
